Simulation and Game Designer

Required:

• Advanced degree in instructional design, education, educational technology, game design, or related field, OR equivalent relevant work experience
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and, most importantly, how to apply those theories in practice, proven by relevant work samples/cases
• Experience creating storyboards, flowcharts, and scripts for learning materials (MUST be able to show examples of your work)
• Experience constructing non-liner learning and storyline-driven experiences (eg, simulation, games)
• Strong desire to learn continuously on the job and to stay abreast of new technologies and learning strategies
• Must be motivated, self-directed and have great sense of humor
